What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping for any order of 67€ or more to countries of the European Community and Switzerland. Below 67€, shipping cost will be 8€.

What are the delivery times?

 

As soon as we receive your order, all our shirts are carefully packed by ourselves and shipped by bPost to the address of your choice.

– Shipping to Belgium : 24 to 48h

– Shipping to France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg : 3 to 5 days max

– A little bit further? Then it may take a little bit longer… 🙂

Did you add a custom embroidery to your shirt(s)? Add extra 2 to 6 days for delivery.

RETURNS

What timing?

Whether you would like an exchange or a refund, please note that you have 14 days to notify us and send your returned item(s), from the date of delivery, for an exchange or refund.

Except for shirt(s) with custom embroidery option, which are not accepted for return.

Do you want to exchange a shirt?

 

You are based in the European Community or Switzerland and your order amount was 67€ or more? Exchange is free (with a limit of one exchange per order) and the process is really simple:

  1. Contact Pauline, your Client Happiness Officer (pauline@abbieandrose.com) and let her know the items you would like to exchange
  2. You will get your prepaid label to stick on your package – and you’re ready to drop it off at your Post Office
  3. As soon as we receive your package – as long as the item is new and unworn – we will send you the shirt you would like to exchange it for (shipping cost is on us), within the limits of available stock.

 

If your order is below 67€ or leaving from another country, exchange is still possible but you need to cover the return cost and you won’t get a prepaid label – please see our return address below.

You would prefer a refund?

 

You are based in the European Community or Switzerland and your order amount was 67€ or more? Return cost is on you, but we will help you with it…. Please see the following directions :

  1. Contact Pauline, your Client Happiness Officer (pauline@abbieandrose.com) and let her know the items you would like to exchange
  2. You will get your prepaid label to stick on your package – and you’re ready to drop it off to your Post Office
  3. As soon as we receive your package – as long as the item is new and unworn – we will reimburse you within two working days after receiving your returned item.
  • If you paid via Mastercard or Visa:refund will be directly processed on your credit card or bank account used for your payment.
  • If you paid via Paypal: refund will be directly processed on your Paypal account used for your payment.

 

For this service, return costs will be directly deducted from your refund following your shipping country:

If your order is below 67€ or leaving from another country, you are not eligible for this service.  You need to cover the shipping costs and you won’t get a prepaid label – please see our return address below.
