Delivery

Despite the context, home and post office deliveries remain assured. We will also be more flexible on return times. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them.

IN FRANCE

Colissimo Service - Delivery in Metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco. Colissimo service of the Post Office. The service is free. The delivery delay is 2 to 3 working days after shipment.

 In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your package (no guardian, ...), your letter carrier leaves a notice of passage stating the date and address of the post office where you can collect your package upon presentation of id.

 As from the date mentioned on the notice of passage, you have 15 days to withdraw your package. After this period, it will be returned to us automatically. In this case, the next delivery charges will be at your expense.

OVERSEAS

 Overseas Colissimo Service - Delivery in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion Island, French Guiana, Mayotte and Saint Pierre et Miquelon between 5 and 10 working days from 14 €.

Service Colissimo Outre-Mer - Delivery in French Polynesia between 5 and 10 working days from 17 €.

INTERNATIONAL

Service Colissimo International - You have the possibility to be delivered anywhere in the world. The delivery is from 9 euros and you are delivered within 2 to 6 working days after shipment. This time varies depending on the destination. Free delivery from 150 euros for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

 For all international deliveries, transport costs, charged to the customer, are automatically calculated according to the weight of the package. However, if you wish to have additional information, please contact our customer service via the email address: sav@abbieandrose.com.

Returns and Refunds - You have 14 days from the delivery of the products to change your mind, return the merchandise to us and receive a full refund of the purchase. For all refund requests, the return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Free exchange (in metropolitan France) - If you change your mind within 14 days of your order, you can exchange your product with a voucher valid for a period of 1 year*, in the form of a coupon for an amount equal to your initial purchase. Customers who have received a promotional code and wish to exchange afterwards will receive a voucher for the net amount paid. If the discount is no longer valid or cannot be accumulated, the sum equivalent to the discount received on the first purchase will have to be paid in order to be able to exchange the product ordered. 

Once your return request has been validated by ABBIE AND ROSE, carefully prepare your package by IMPERATIVELY inserting your " packing slip ", if you have lost it, please contact customer service.

Abbie and rose will then send you a prepaid shipping tag by e-mail to cover the shipping costs. When returning for a refund the shipping is at the customer's expense.

  * Returned products must be new, never worn (except for a short fitting) and in their original box perfectly intact (packaging and accessories). Only intact products, i.e. in their original state (in their packaging and unopened), will be accepted.

At reception of the packet, Abbie and rose will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No return or exchange will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and that this use or damage makes the items unfit for sale. If the return or exchange is refused, the items will then be returned to the customer. The return costs will therefore be at the customer's expense.
